Job description
The role
As Watchmaker, you will be trained to carry out repairs on Swatch Group products to the required standard and within an acceptable time frame.
Your responsibilities
- Carry out partial repairs to documented requirements.
- Maintain quality of repairs.
- Keep a record of all work undertaken on Production Control Sheet and hand in to the workshop supervisor.
- Pass all completed repairs to Quality Control.
- Reading the job card to ensure the customers’ requirements are met.
- Always using the correct techniques and tools to complete the repair.
- Ensure that all watch cases and bracelets are clean after repair.
- Pass all completed repairs to Quality Control.
- Follow internal training program.

Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar job
- Good analytical skills
- Team player
- Strong organizational skills
- Dynamic, flexible, pro-active, social, stress resistant
Languages
- You are fluent in French and/or Dutch.
