Job description
As a key player in our Sports Services Production team, you will ensure the end-to-end readiness of our cutting-edge technologies used at prestigious sports events around the world. In coordination with the Production, Maintenance & Repairs Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and optimization of all production activities, transforming customer demand into on-time, high-quality deliveries. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Planning and monitoring production activities to meet time, quality, and cost targets.
- Managing the entire product lifecycle from order intake to post-event servicing.
- Acting as a central contact for suppliers, ensuring efficient entry control of spare parts.
- Coordinating the flow of components with internal departments (warehouse, procurement, etc.).
- Enhancing daily operations in the workshop through structured production processes.
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of ERP Dynamics modules.
- Championing a culture of precision, performance, and continuous improvement.
Profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Production Management (or a technical equivalent), bring 3–5 years of experience in production planning, and are recognized for your ability to collaborate across teams and with suppliers; with proven ERP expertise (ideally Microsoft Dynamics), you combine a methodical, hands-on approach with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, communicate effectively, and thrive in a structured, autonomous, and results-driven environment.
