Job description
As a Project Manager Multisports, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, executing, and monitoring the flawless delivery of our Olympic Winter Services. You will travel internationally to oversee the implementation and organization of these services, ensuring they are delivered on time, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will take ownership of project costs, ensuring financial targets are met while enhancing service quality. Your role involves strategically planning capacity, staffing, and resources to guarantee seamless execution of Winter Olympic Games services.
As a representative of Swiss Timing, you will strengthen our reputation through meticulous service planning while overseeing risk management, reporting, and continuous performance improvement. Beyond operational excellence, you drive innovation, enforce process efficiency, and optimize costs through supplier negotiations and smart contract management. You will be required to be on-site at the Winter Olympic Games location 2 years before the event to ensure proper planning and preparation.
Profile
You hold a Certificate in Technology/Computer Science or equivalent, as well as a qualification in project management. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, you have strong capabilities in managing and optimizing the technical delivery side of large scale sports events. You have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the sports industry and sports technology. You have an entrepreneur mindset and you continuously seek for project opportunities and improvements. Being service and solution oriented, a team player and open minded, you also have a “make it happen” attitude towards your internal and external clients. You are structured, systematical and organized in your way of working and are consistently focused on effectiveness and efficiency. You are optimistic, motivated and visionary.

- Experience in a similar position
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of the sports industry and sports technology
Languages
- Fluent in English
- French and German would be an advantage
