The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Account Manager (16 hours per week) based in Perth, to manage our Perth and Adelaide wholesale distribution. Reporting to the Longines Sales Manager, this Account Manager position is responsible for wholesale key accounts and independent retailers in your designated territories.
Key to the Account Manager role is the ability to work autonomously, have exceptional professional standards and the capability to drive the Longines wholesale business in WA and SA.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent and effective call cycle with all point-of-sale
- Achieve required sales targets
- Analyse sell in and sell out results in Longines sales system to grow sales
- Identify range gaps and manage stock replenishment requirements
- Support managing retailer ranges including introducing new stock and phasing out discontinued stock
- Uphold Longines visual merchandising standards in all point-of-sale visits and support the execution of new campaigns
- Uphold reporting requirements in Longines sales systems in every point-of-sale visit
- Oversee ongoing compliance of Longines e-Learning platform with all point-of sale
- When required, plan and execute agreed retailer training events
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with retailers
- Be vigilant identifying business opportunities to grow market share
Skills and Experience
- Previous wholesale sales experience
- Proven experience achieving sales targets
- Previous experience with premium brands desirable
- Visual merchandising and training experience desirable
- Very good time management, planning and reporting skills
- Strong negotiation skills, persistence
- Self-motivated, ability to work autonomously
- Experience building and managing client relationships
- Good computer literacy including MS Office (Outlook, Excel Intermediate; Word; PowerPoint)
- Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and results driven
- Own vehicle and driver’s license a must
- Interstate travel required
- Candidate to be based in Perth
