  • Managing device configurations and rollouts via Microsoft Intune

You may also have opportunities to travel to international events such as the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Games, providing on-site technical support when required to ensure everything runs smoothly. All tasks must align with defined IT security protocols, approved applications, and testing procedures. You’ll also help maintain the technical test environments and materials needed for deployments and diagnostics.
