Job description

We are looking for a Marketing & E commerce Executive -maternity leave coverage 15 months for our Marketing Department.

Marketing Budget Management

• Support the development of the annual marketing budget.

• Forecast and monitor monthly expenses, adjusting as needed.

• Coordinate with HQ and local finance teams.

• Manage expense approvals for all marketing activities.

Marketing Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in line with brand strategy.

• Propose and execute marketing activations to promote brand and products.

• Plan and run campaigns aligned with brand priorities and market trends.

• Collaborate with Sales to support retail and wholesale marketing initiatives.

• Lead national projects/events, managing concepts, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Brand Image & Content Oversight

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all materials.

• Oversee brand communications across all consumer touchpoints (press, digital, OOH, etc.).

• Define and update POS marketing materials in coordination with Sales.

Market Research & Insights

• Track trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.

• Monitor media and retail activations.

• Prepare reports aligned with brand needs.

Digital & Traditional Media

• Select media channels aligned with brand goals.

• Align local media strategy with brand objectives and manage media budgets.

• Oversee digital campaigns (social media, Google Ads, programmatic) and monitor performance.

• Coordinate with print and traditional media (TV, radio, OOH) for ad placements.

• Measure campaign effectiveness and report results.

• Liaise with media agencies for plan execution.

Reporting

• Handle local and regional marketing reporting requirements.

PR & Event Management

• Organize PR events, influencer collaborations, and ambassador programs.

• Manage national projects/events with vendors and partners.

• Oversee brand PR and press relations.

Sales Collaboration

• Communicate brand priorities and coordinate launch execution.

• Ensure retail alignment in visuals, product displays, and messaging.

E-commerce

• Manage website content and product listings.

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, CRM, and SEO efforts.

• Analyze customer insights and sales performance; suggest improvements.

• Oversee e-commerce operations (orders, customer service, shipping).

• Act as key liaison with HQ E-Commerce.

• Optimize conversion rates and brand presence on wholesale platforms.

• Handle all inbound e-commerce inquiries and order processing.

 

Profile

The Marketing & E commerce Executive is responsible to support cross-functional marketing initiatives across retail, eCommerce, media, and brand communications.  The ideal candidate should have a proven track record developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, optimizing digital sales channels, and ability to collaborate across departments. Skilled in leveraging data analytics, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to enhance customer engagement and maximize ROI.

 

Professional requirements

• University Degree in Marketing or a related topic

• Excellent knowledge of excel, power point, google analytics

• A minimum 2+ years marketing experience in consumer goods or the luxury goods industry

• Digital / Social Media experience

• E-commerce experience

• Knowledge of PR, KOL and media negotiations

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong Communication and negotiation skill

• Outgoing personality and self-motivated

Languages

• Fluent in English (mandatory), both spoken and written

• Proficiency in French is a plus
