Job description

The Swatch Group US is looking for a Junior Sales & Inventory Control Analyst to join our Corporate Finance/Controlling team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external clients, be self-motivated, proactive, energetic, detail-oriented, assertive and efficient, combined with strong analytical capabilities. They would be able to work in a team environment, think creatively and perform with enthusiasm.

Profile

  • Daily retail (ECOM & Corporate Stores) sales reconciliation
  • Prepare, execute, and analyze reports in Excel by extracting data from accounting systems and retail register systems
  • Manage, identify and correct data irregularities
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize analysis and reporting processes
  • Work closely with Sales & Inventory Control Analyst to ensure accurate inventory reporting
  • Participate in Retail Inventory processes and gradually assume ownership of assigned brands
  • All other duties assigned by Management

Professional requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or other relevant major is required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or analytical experience is required
  • Experience with SAP (FICO/MM) & Cegid is preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required, with intermediate or advanced Excel skills
  • Able to build relationships with internal and external clients
  • Must be able to demonstrate a Can-do attitude
  • - Adept at manipulating figures on excel spreadsheets with a sharp eye to identify mathematical errors or illogical calculations
  • Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills

 

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the Demand Planner to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
