Job description
- • Visually inspect watches in accordance with prescribed standards
• Manually operate watches to check functions against specifications
• Operate diagnostic equipment to test performance
• Ensure that work has been carried out as requested
• Utilize hand tools
• Physically transfer watches between task areas
• Update electronic tracking system
• Describe defects and identify points of failure
• Record results of evaluation onto client correspondence
• Prepare watches for shipment
• Interact with technical, administrative, and other staff members
• Maintain professional appearance and orderly working habits
• Stand and sit for extended periods of time
• Assist with regular shop upkeep and routine equipment maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Profile
The Swatch Group (U.S.) is currently looking for a candidate in our After Sales Service Department to handle quality control.
The Quality Control Technician will report to the Workshop Supervisor and will primarily focus on the Omega Brand.
Professional requirements

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000.
