SAP Business Analyst (FICO)
Job description
The SAP Business Analyst will act as the interface between Business and IT, plan, design, configure and implement effective business and system solutions, identify opportunities for improvement, train the SAP key users, participate actively to SAP Projects, and solve complex issues in collaboration with the Operations team.
As Module coordinator, will propose new solution and potential improvements.
Job responsibility
- Definition of migration strategy and Implementation of new S/4 platform from fit/gap workshops to post go live activities.
- Activity will be on S/4 but could also be on ECC until migration is complete.
- Review change requests, clarify them and present solutions to Change Advisory Board.
- Conduct workshops with Business during project fit/gap analysis phase, identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Provide support to Operations team for complex issues.
- Provide knowledge transfer to colleagues about new implemented solutions.
- Create or update functional specifications with test cases for developer and follow-up advancement of development.
- Create or update process flows, customizing documents, user documentations, test scripts, etc.
Profile
- Experience in SAP Customizing SD/MM, FI/CO, and integration.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA environment is necessary, ECC is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Customer Service processes and/or logistic processes which should include implementation, support, design, training, and configuration.
- Preferably from a multinational environment handling consumer goods/retail industry.
- Certification in SAP, ECC and or S/ 4 HANA is a plus.
Professional requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree of Computer Science, IT, or similar qualification and/or relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of ABAP programming/debug.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good in oral/written English language is necessary.
- Able to Travel.
