We are looking for an International Events & Partnerships Project Leader for our Marketing Department.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Event Project Leader to join our Events & Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of key Longines-sponsored events on an international scale, with a focus on equestrian and alpine skiing disciplines, as well as implementing concepts for corporate events, such as product launches, press events and boutique openings.
You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, federations, to deliver world-class experiences that reflect the Longines brand values and strengthen our global presence.
In this role, your main tasks will be to :
• Lead the planning and execution of international events across the sports calendar, with a focus on equestrian and skiing events
• Manage relationships with event organizers, federations, venues and logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery
• Oversee on-site event execution, including setup, branding, guest management, and technical coordination
• Negotiate and draft international partnerships contracts in collaboration with the Head of Sports Events & Partnerships and Head of Corporate Events
• Support the subsidiaries in executing events in the markets according to overall event guidelines from headquarters
• Collaborate closely with the communication, content and retail environment teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Integrate Brand Ambassadors into event formats in a meaningful and strategic way—handling logistics, visibility, and brand alignment
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and reporting for each project, ensuring operational excellence
• Support the development and implementation of new event concepts and brand experiences
Profile
You have minimum 5 years of experience in international event project management, preferably within the luxury, sports, or lifestyle sectors
You have a solid experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to completion
You have a strong interest and familiarity with equestrian sports and alpine skiing, previous involvement in these sports is a plus
You have hands-on experience working with Brand Ambassadors or high-profile personalities in a professional event context
Professional requirements
You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
You are a team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours around key event dates
Languages
You have a perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of any other language is an asset
