We are looking for an International Corporate Communications Project Leader for our Marketing Department.
Job Overview
The International Corporate Communications Project Leader supports the strategic development and seamless execution of global communication initiatives for Longines. Acting as a key project lead across campaigns and product launches, the role ensures coherence in messaging, brand consistency, and timely delivery of communication assets across markets. The position serves as a central liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring the global communication strategy is effectively translated and executed in all regions.
In this role, your main tasks will be to :
Project Leadership & Strategy Execution
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Communications & Brand Ambassadors to implement Longines’ global communication strategies across all markets
• Serve as project lead for major product launches, from briefing to execution, ensuring alignment across communication touchpoints
• Support the communication planning and execution of key global and regional press events as well as Longines-sponsored activities
• Coordinate timelines, milestones and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely and impactful campaign execution
• Set clear goals and KPIs for each communication project, ensuring results are monitored, reported, and continuously optimized
Content Development & Messaging Consistency
• Oversee the development of communication materials (press releases, key messaging, executive speeches, digital content, etc.) with a consistent brand tone and narrative
• Act as the central contact for external copywriting and translation agencies, ensuring editorial excellence and brand alignment across all content
• Support the creation of original content tailored for press, digital platforms, internal use, and retail partners
• Work in close collaboration with other departments to ensure cross-channel coherence in storytelling
International Market Support
• Provide communication toolkits and strategic guidance to local market teams, helping adapt global campaigns to local relevance without compromising brand consistency
• Develop and maintain a communication roadmap with key milestones, facilitating efficient planning and rollouts for market-level implementation£
• Act as a communication consultant to local teams, offering best practices, workshops, and feedback loops
Cross-functionnal Collaboration
• Liaise with departments such as Digital Marketing, Events, Brand Content, Sales, E-commerce, Training, Brand Heritage and Product Development to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign timing
• Drive collaboration across teams to maximize campaign reach, consistency, and effectiveness across all touchpoints
Profile
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
You have 5–7 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in an international and/or luxury environment
You have a strong understanding of media relations, digital content, and campaign lifecycle management
You have experience managing complex, cross-functional projects across multiple countries
Professional requirements
