We are currently recruiting a Retail Development Coordinator based in Le Locle, to join our Team Store Design and Visual Merchandising department.

Job description
As a member of the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team, you will be required to coordinate the implementation of our boutiques and shop-in-shops worldwide.
Your responsibilities will be as follow:
- Coordination of all steps in the SIS, Boutique, Roadshow, Pop-up, projects development after the design approval phase, to ensure on cost and on time delivery to the clients and in store. This will include making sure all phases of the project are accomplished and followed through (offers, orders, production follow-up, delivery, installation, project archiving and photo reception)
- Regular follow-up and coordination with clients, procurement and logistics on ongoing projects. Keeping track of the projects in shared management document
- Forecasting of upcoming projects and needs
- Archiving of each project, photo acquiring and creation of regular reports on the new openings (monthly, annually)
- Coordination and creation of the visual merchandising and Architecture newsletter (4 per year)
- Analyses of the impact of new visual merchandising features (layout, news zone, window) on the traffic and sales on selected POS (questionnaires, pools, reports)
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders including internal teams, external vendors, and retail partners. Coordinate efforts to ensure cohesive execution of retail strategies.
Profile
- BSc Degree in Business Administration or any other related field, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge on visual merchandising and retail environment, shopfitting, construction and materials is a plus.

Languages
