Job description

 

  • Plan and develop in collaboration with Local brand management and HQ the annual marketing plan for the brand to meet its sales targets
  • Budget management, planning and control.
  • Create and Implement Innovative Marketing Plans: Develop cutting-edge strategies that captivate and engage our target audience, ensuring our campaigns speak to the heart of the Saudi market.
  • Lead and Oversee Comprehensive Marketing Campaigns: Ensure all initiatives align with our brand message and objectives, delivering excellence in execution by continuously monitoring performance and enhancing our brand desirability.
  • Media planning, negotiating rates, booking key positions, prime locations for OOH, achieve optimal media coverage.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and provide reports and recommendations to the management.
  • Manage PR, events, promotions and activations
  • Manage all aspects of print production, creative planning in coordination with brand HQ etc.
  • Training of store staff about the marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with RADO headquarters, providing insights and cultural understanding that align with our brand vision and help adapt global strategies to local nuances.
  • Drive Visibility: Ensure our media campaigns and PR efforts shine across print, online, and social platforms, all in sync with our business plan to maximize brand awareness engagement and sales
  • Develop and Manage PR Activities: Creating impactful narratives that resonate with local audiences and enhance our brand awareness, collaborate with external agencies whenever needed.
  • Identify, vet and negotiate best service and rates with external agencies whenever used and control invoices and costs
  • Plan and Execute Local Events: Bring our brand to life through exciting local events and point-of-sale activities that engage customers and create memorable experiences.
  • Manage the Annual Marketing Budget: Take charge of budget planning and management, cost control, ensuring we meet financial objectives while monitoring all operational details and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate for Business Growth: Partner with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and synergy across all functions.

Profile

The Marketing Manager will strategically plan and execute innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence in the Saudi market while aligning with sales targets and budgetary constraints. This role involves collaboration with Local brand management and HQ to lead comprehensive campaigns that engage the target audience and optimize media coverage. The Marketing Manager will drive visibility through impactful PR and local events, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and cultural adaptation to contribute to sustained business growth and customer loyalty.

Professional requirements

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the marketing industry.
  • Good knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Should be open to travel and respond well under pressure.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Privacy law, tenancy law
  • High level of prioritizing, meet tight deadlines, high ability to work under pressure.
