Job description

The Marketing Manager will lead key marketing initiatives for Rado Malaysia. The Marketing Manager plays a central part in shaping brand perception, engaging high-value customers, and driving commercial success across multiple channels. He/she will bring strong foundation in luxury retail marketing, understands the nuances of affluent consumer behavior, and thrives on crafting premium brand experiences.

 

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Ensure consistent and elevated brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead 360° campaigns across across print, digital, in-store, PR, and events.
  • Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and engagement metrics.

Customer Experience & CRM

  • Partner with internal teams to develop customer segmentation strategies and customer engagement activations.
  • Enhance the in-store experience through tailored activations and touchpoints.
  • Organize exclusive client events and activations to deepen customer relationships.

Retail & Visual Merchandising Support

  • Work closely with retail teams to align marketing efforts with store objectives.
  • Support seasonal launches, product promotions, and visual merchandising guidelines.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
  • Prepare monthly reports covering PR coverage, market insights, and strategic recommendations.

 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a creative eye for brand storytelling.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and software.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Familiarity with designing interactive applications and digital platforms.
  • Existing relationships with media is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
