Ecommerce Specialist

The Swatch Group (U.S.) is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist who will be responsible for assisting with managing and growing our direct to consumer retailer websites as well as developing our National Wholesale digital sales and acquisition channels. In this supporting role, you will be responsible for supporting and growing the existing e-commerce sales through marketing, merchandising, and promotional techniques for all online channels.

This is an office based position in Miami, Florida.

Profile

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Audit and analyze website channels daily to ensure that information is accurate, content is current, pages are free of errors and appropriately merchandised in the various categories.
  • Manage and implement constant updates & improvements of on-site merchandise taking into account new collection launches, stock availability, price changes and sell-out performance.
  • Manage the collection launches across all ecommerce channels by ensuring the product uploads, copy and banner updates.
  • Leverage reporting systems to prepare monthly reports to identify and analyze marketplace trends, sales, and opportunities to enhance the eComm experience and forecast the impact of potential changes.
  • Identify and act on site inventory depletion and replenishment.
  • Trouble shoot technical issues to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Maintain Brand standards throughout websites of the retailers and national accounts.
  • Manage daily Amazon functions including product launches, merchandising, customer inquiries, audits, reporting.
  • Update brand shops & category banners, create emails, etcs
  • Manage the calendar for content, digital campaigns, promotions and email strategies together with manager to ensure flawless execution.
  • Create and provide all necessary digital assets and content to drive brand awareness, sales and lifestyle messaging.
  • Support National Account Manager with assortment profiles by 3rdparty vendors.
  • Enforce and maintain brand standards throughout websites of retailers and national accounts
  • Assist in building and growing outlet channels.
  • Support online activity of Retailers: provide digital tools, request mock up, provide feedbacks, give authorization for new website.
  • Control and manage Grey Market topics.
  • Know the online retail environment, trend, and opportunities.
  • Manage global project such as online roll out of straps.
  • Work closely with retailer teams to be able to identify their investment plans and get available visibilities, get feedbacks on TISSOT digital tools plus what we can improve.
  • Assist with corporate website on request.
  • All other duties assigned by Management

Professional requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 4 year College degree in Business, Marketing or similar field is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce role; experience in luxury accessories/jewelry preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in email marketing
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • SEO knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and creative skills
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel experience required)
  • Magento knowledge preferred
  • Photoshop is a plus
  • Excel experience must be at an intermediate level
  • HTML knowledge is a plus

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Ecommerce Specialist to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

  • Must possess strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced corporate environment;
