FOR THE OPENING OF OUR NEW BOUTIQUE IN VERBIER, WE ARE RECRUITING FOR A (M/F)

YOUR MISSION

  • As a brand ambassador, contribute to the success of the Boutique and to OMEGA’s prestige while achieving sales targets
  • Monitor commercial performance through KPIs and adjust action plans to optimize results
  • Build and nurture relationships with our discerning clientele, local personalities, authorities, as well as travel agencies and hotels
  • Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure full compliance with all guidelines
  • Motivate and develop your sales team
  • Work in close collaboration with headquarters by providing regular performance analyses and strategic insights to support boutique operations and decision-making

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous experience in the luxury segment, ideally in watchmaking or jewelry
  • Well-presented, with a strong commitment to delivering a memorable experience and first-class service to our clientele
  • Flexible regarding working hours and days (including weekends)

COMPETENCES

  • Open-minded and dynamic personality, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail
  • Genuine talent for sales and interpersonal relations

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus)
