Job description

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our B2C and B2B customers, providing efficient, patient and solution-oriented support. Your mission is to ensure a positive experience in every interaction while representing the values of our Tissot Brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Log and track customer cases using our CRM tools
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes
  • Collect feedback and suggestions to help drive continuous improvement

Professional requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field of Business

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment

Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms



Languages

Fluent English is a must

Knowledge of additional languages is a plus and will be positively valued
