Job description
Scope of the position:
Develop, deliver, and maintain training initiatives that increase brand and product knowledge. The Trainer works closely with the Brand Manager, Retail Manager, Account Manager, and International Sales Trainer to develop a comprehensive training program dedicated to the Retail & Wholesale channels.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:• Manage, organize, and monitor Training activities for Italy, for both the Retail and Wholesale channels, consistently demonstrating a proactive approach and strong team spirit.
• Organize, develop, and conduct training seminars, webinars, and both in-store and off-site training sessions, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand strategies received from Headquarters regarding messages, content, and formats.
• Coach and motivate the sales network, ensuring continuous collaboration and support in line with market needs.
• Develop training tools and materials, constantly ensuring that training processes, tools, and materials are flawless and cutting-edge.
• Provide all necessary support in managing local events, incentives, and presentation programs.
• Train the Trainer – Organize training for Boutique Managers and Account Managers and deliver ongoing in-store training courses.
• Set up a training development and implementation plan outlining all action steps and resource requirements to meet brand sales objectives.
• Promote and monitor the use of the e-learning system in Longines boutiques, also providing support for its development.
• Organize, develop, and conduct training sessions dedicated to the Longines team.
Profile

• Ability to facilitate group discussions, lead classroom learning sessions, seminars, and workshops.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and generate enthusiasm.
• Action- and results-oriented, with a focus on the customer.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of high standards and excellent quality
• Effectiveness in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the luxury watchmaking industry and understanding of mechanical watchmaking.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (English and others).
• Knowledge of modern online training channels and delivery systems (e-learning), with experience in creating online training tools.
