Job description
As an ICT System Engineer in the SaaS & End User Computing team, you play a key role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our services. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, testing, documenting, and supporting solutions, working closely with senior engineers and architects.
In this position, you will provide 3rd level support and assist companies and divisions across the Swatch Group. Your responsibilities include problem analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation, collaborating with team members to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Assisting in design, setup, maintenance, migration, and support of End User Computing infrastructure (Windows and macOS workstations and laptops, iOS/iPadOS and Android mobile devices, VDI, and SaaS workplace services).
- Supporting device lifecycle management (provisioning, Autopilot/Zero-Touch, patch management, asset management).
- Applying security and compliance baselines and assisting in endpoint protection through Intune and related solutions.
- Monitoring systems and escalating or resolving incidents as appropriate.
- Maintaining and updating documentation and operational procedures.
- Participating in Incident, Change, and Problem Management activities following ITIL processes.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 workplace services (Intune, Entra ID, Windows 365, Autopilot, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams – from an endpoint and end-user perspective).
- Providing second and third level support for EUC environments.
- Collaborating closely with other engineers and acting as a backup where needed.
- Participating in on-call duties as part of a rotation.
Profile
- Good technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure service
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) from a workplace perspective.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, Windows 365, or other Microsoft workplace products.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
Professional requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or ES degree or equivalent in computer science
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MD-102, or equivalent) are an asset.
