Job description

Training Program Development & Delivery

o    Develop a training calendar and deliver various training programs for all Corporate Boutiques’ team members in Hong Kong & Macau.

o    Review training gaps and develop programs to be reflective upon the analysis of the boutiques and retail team’s KPI’s, sales, mystery shop reports and customer feedback.

o    Obtain and comprehend all training materials and assets from Brand HQ, then translate, modify and organize according to the latest brand’s direction.

o    Deliver both on-site and classroom trainings to all frontline team members in person.

o    Implement Train-the-trainer program and coordinates supporting administration work accordingly to HQ guidelines.

o    Explore and engage with external training consultant to bring in new skillsets and knowledge to retail frontline team such as emotional selling and CRM.


Field Training

o    Carry out on-site observations and provide regular visit report to Brand Manager and Retail Manager regarding the team members’ standard on selling ceremony, product knowledge level and SOP compliance.

o    Deploy bench plan in Corporate Boutiques to ensure training calendar is in place and Boutique Managers are actively developing and promoting team members.

o    Train up Boutique Managers and Supervisors with techniques and skills of supervision and handling difficulties.

o    Work with Boutique-in-charge to deploy regular filed training for existing staff to improve their job skills and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill, and apply in day-to-day tasks.

o    Develop language, advanced product and CS trainings to general sales force.

o    Partner closely with Boutique Managers to develop tailored action plans aimed to optimize retail KPIs, while proactively identifying new growth and development opportunities to support long-term success.

o    Conduct quarterly audit report to ensure Corporate Boutiques are compliant to the most up-to-date SOP.


Training Evaluation

o    Conduct talent assessments and evaluate campaigns effectiveness to enhance employee performance.

o    Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.

o    Apply objective rating criteria to measure courses effectiveness.

o    Reinforce the learning by putting theories into actions and monitor actual execution with frontline team.

o    Carry out course evaluation & analysis and act on feedback where necessary to ensure high quality service provision and continuous improvement.

o    Set targets for future training strategies & directions.


E-Learning

o    Manage and adapt existing training program into online learning system.

Translation of HQ LLC training material, utilize E-learning platforms to deliver new product knowledge.


Other Supports

o    Deeply understand watch market and compare Pros & Cons with Competitors brand

o    Design script and FAB, compare our top item with competitor hot item, closely monitor brands marketing activities.

o    Always ready to accept additional responsibilities and able to deal with multi-tasks by offering professional support for other channels within the team when required, in an attempt to strengthen competency within the industry in various aspects for future development.

Professional requirements

o    Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written

o    Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in training

o    Experience in retail (boutique level) is a must

o    Good at Communication and Presentation skills

o    People-centric mindset

o    Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and PowerPoint in particular

o    University Degree in related discipline
