Job description
We are looking for a proactive and hands on Digital & E‑Commerce Project Leader 100% to strengthen our Digital Marketing Services team.
Main tasks:
Digital Project Management
- Act as a digital project leader in charge of digital projects including new e-commerce activations, activation of omnichannel services or implementation of new tools on the website e.g. engraving
- Build and manage project plan & brief technical team via Jira tickets regarding the tasks to be done
- Work closely with technical team and other departments to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Manage and track project progress through all stages to ensure successful implementation
E-commerce Operations
- Oversee online sales and product presentation on the corporate e-commerce site, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Define and implement the payment methods strategy and ensure their coverage in all markets.
- Create and maintain a commercial activations calendar, including special occasions and their activation on the website.
- Define and implement e-commerce processes and best-in-class omnichannel purchasing experiences and functionalities (e.g., new payment methods, chat, order management processes, carrier option, packaging, and customer retention) in collaboration with legal, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Manage external agencies to ensure the delivery of new website functionalities.
Product & Website Merchandising
- Ensure the product catalog is up-to-date and accurately presented by managing the publication of product information from the PIM (Product Information Management) system to Magento. This includes verifying that product managers have completed all necessary information, images, prices, and adding product descriptions before publishing.
- Maintain up-to-date web merchandising by managing alternative products, related products, new products, cross-sells, and upsells.
- Create content briefings and select assets for e-commerce initiatives, such as wrist shots and special occasions like weddings and exclusive launches.

Professional requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Digital marketing, Business or related field
- 2-5 years work experience in digital project management and user experience or webmaster
- Previous experience in an international environment is desirable
- Previous knowledge of Magento and other CMS is a plus
- Knowledge of the watch/luxury industry is a plus
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, other languages a plus
