Key Responsibilities

Breguet is currently recruiting a Boutique Consultant in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands Boutique.

The Boutique Consultant provides exceptional experiences for all visitors to the boutique in order to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets. Working together with colleagues, the Boutique Manager and the Breguet management team, the Boutique Consultant helps ensure that every client experiences the high level of service worthy of a Breguet timepiece.

Sales and Business Development

o Provide excellent client experience and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective clients and owners in order to achieve the sales targets

o Build strong relationships with clients by offering tailored advice and product recommendations based on their preferences

o Upsell, propose products to clients and maintain a luxury client experience

o Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe

o Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging

o Ensure requests and enquiries are followed up in a timely manner

o Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge

Boutique Operations

o Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique: product displays, props set-up, etc.

o Understand and respect all operating and security guidelines

o Follow the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces

Preferred Profile

Previous sales experience in a Luxury Retail boutique or Hospitality industry

Excellent client service and attention to details

Entrepreneurial spirit to develop your own business and build long-lasting client relationships

Team player with good interpersonal skills and a "can do" attitude

Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning

Strong interest in the universes of Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre

English preferred

Languages

Excellent command of English. Any other local language is an asset.
