Job description
As the E-Commerce & Digital Coordinator for Swatch and Flik Flak, you are the digital engine of our BeNeLux team. This is a versatile, hands-on role for a digital native who balances technical precision with creative execution. You will ensure our online platforms run flawlessly, localize global campaigns for the BeNeLux market, and act as the vital link between our global strategy, local consumers, and our Swatch dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Storefront & Operational Excellence
- Platform Ownership: Manage daily operations for our Belgian (NL/FR) and Dutch platforms via Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring all product launches, pricing, and content are flawlessly executed.
- Conversion Optimization: Monitor the end-to-end purchase funnel to eliminate friction. You will collaborate with Logistics and Finance to streamline the customer journey from checkout to returns.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the local lead for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with Global HQ to implement and troubleshoot new site functionalities.
- Search & Multi-Channel Execution
- CRM & SEO: Own the Emarsys newsletter lifecycle, ensuring every campaign is linguistically and culturally resonant. You will also perform on-page SEO optimizations to maximize organic visibility.
- Digital Reach: Partner with HQ to execute localized SEA and Meta campaigns, while managing our local organic social presence to drive visibility and engagement.
- Commercial & B2B Support
- Dealer Empowerment: Orchestrate professional dealer mailings to provide our retail partners with the high-quality assets and digital updates required to represent Swatch perfectly on their own platforms.
- Full-Cycle Sales Support: Provide premium customer care (NL/FR/EN) via Salesforce CRM and act as a vital sales backup by managing stock allocations and processing orders in SAP.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing (internships count!).
- Linguistic Prowess: Native-level fluency in Dutch or French with a strong professional command of English.
- Technical Toolkit: You are a fast learner. Experience with Salesforce (Commerce Cloud/CRM), SAP, or Emarsys is a significant advantage. Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) is preferred.
- Mindset: You are an organized multitasker who enjoys the logic of e-commerce. You possess the "finishing touch" needed to translate global vision into local success.
