Job description
Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining inventory of spare parts and components needed for repairs of timepieces.
• Create and maintain inventory control processes, reporting and monitoring
• Fulfill part orders for watchmakers and monitor accuracy of requests
• Handle cycle counting and physical inventories of spare parts inventory
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and impact
Profile
Position purpose: Responsible for handling spare parts inventory, process purchase orders, and put parts away. Maintains inventory control processes and supports continuous improvements in spare parts inventory. Requires strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
