Job description
The Media Coordinator supports the planning, execution and tracking of integrated media initiatives across multiple channels. Working closely with the Media Manager and external agency partner this role ensures the accurate, timely and seamless delivery of all media activations.
Profile
- Support the media planning and execution process across Digital (Social, Video, Display, Search), Print and Out of Home channels.
- Collaborate closely with media agency to ensure alignment of campaign objectives, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage the creative adaptations and trafficking of assets to media agency and media partners.
- Prepare post campaign creative and performance reports, insights and learnings for key campaigns, tactical and always-on activations.
- Conduct competitive media analysis and provide insights on watch and luxury industry media activity and trends.
- Maintain and update monthly media activity reports and weekly internal media reporting tools.
- Communicate media initiatives, campaign details and timelines to Boutique teams and internal marketing stakeholders.
- Support the creation of project sheets and budget pacing documents.
- Create, manage and monitor purchase orders for media placements, production and associated fees.
- Review and approve media and production invoices in accordance with internal finance procedures.
- Track billing status and timely reconciliation
Professional requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
- Strong organizational, project management and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage high volume of requests while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with external partners.
- Proficient In in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in media coordination is required, experience within luxury goods is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work in office 5 days a week
- Based in Miami, FL
