Description du poste

Sales & Margin Analysis

  • Analyze global sell-out performance across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels
  • Monitor margins, retail P&L, FHS indicators, and market share evolution
  • Identify performance drivers and recommend improvement actions

Reporting & Business Support

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Provide sales teams with data insights to support decision-making
  • Prepare analyses for management presentations and business reviews

Sales & Inventory Performance Monitoring

  • Track sell-in/sell-out performance, phase-out inventory, and return risks
  • Manage wholesale returns in line with company policies
  • Monitor core collection performance, replenishment, and compliance tools

Product Launch & Novelties Management

  • Support product launches by defining stock levels and monitoring allocations
  • Track sell-out performance of new products across markets
  • Provide recommendations to optimize launch quantities

Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Business Analytics or Swiss Federal Diploma (Brevet fédéral) in Sales
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Sales Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in an international retail environment is an advantage

Compétences requises

  • Strong analytical and business mindset
  • Excellent command of Excel (VBA, Pivot) & Power BI
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
  • Reliable with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Langues

  • Fluent French and English, any additional language is an advantage
