Senior IT Coordinator
Job description
The Senior IT Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of various IT systems and the IT team in the company SG R&D with several divisions. The current environment includes an ERP system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and several other applications and IT tools.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage the IT team across locations by recruiting, training, supervising, motivating, and evaluating performance.
- Plan, organize, control, and continuously evaluate IT systems, operations, and electronic data processes.
- Ensure IT systems, policies, and procedures are designed and maintained in alignment with SG IT governance and business needs.
- Align IT services with user needs and business objectives. Contributing to apply group policies and governance in coordination with SG IT and IT rules of Swatch Group.
- Present to SG R&D management and SG IT all measures required to ensure proper IT coordination (e.g., Business Continuity Plan, Basic Security Certification).
- Plan and manage annual budget, approve PO’s and ensure cost-effective use of resources in coordination with the SG R&D’s CFO.
- As Senior IT Coordinator, he is also responsible for the Information Security of the company and acts as the main point of contact for all security aspects, including compliance, risk management, user awareness and implementation of security controls.
- Conduct system audits, assess results, identify risks or deficiencies, and implement corrective measures in coordination with the CISO.

Professional requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or ES degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and ERP.
- Willingness and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary resources.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
