The Role
This marks an exciting new chapter for Rado as we prepare to open our first Australian Retail Boutique this May in Melbourne. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating strong client relationships within the boutique.
- Support Boutique Management with day-to-day operational tasks as required
- Lead the team in meeting and surpassing sales targets
- Uphold the highest service standards
- Build and maintain a strong client relationship
- Open and close the boutique when needed
- Ensure the boutique runs smoothly in the absence of the management team
- Perform daily security stock counts to ensure inventory integrity
- Oversee the organisation, replenishment, and storage of backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties
- Provide feedback to the Boutique Manager on team performance and areas for improvement.
- Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and product range
- Stay informed about stock availability, delays, backorders, and discontinued product lines
- Complete E-Learning modules as required to stay up to date with training and knowledge
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years retail experience in the high-range or luxury sector preferred
- Highly developed and proven customer service and clientelling skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel
- Visual merchandising proficiency
- Strong time management skills
- Collaborative team player with energy and drive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Full time flexible availability
- Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience preferred but not essential
- Be a true brand ambassador with the ability to represent and promote the brand with passion and professionalism
