Job description
Shipment
- Coordinate and oversee the movement of goods and materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to plan and schedule shipments.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve issues related to transportation and logistics.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and efficiency.
- Customs clearances.
Customer Service
- Communicate with clients (internal & external) and provide updates on the status of their shipments.
- Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
- Providing advice and assistance to clients whilst maintain excellent relationships.
Reporting and Admin
- Maintain records of all transactions, purchases, and logistics for reference and auditing.
- Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets.
- Regularly tracking and updating project statuses.
- Developing work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule.
- Processing of shipment documents.
- Checking documents for accuracy.

Profile
- Proven experience as a Shipping Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP) systems.
