The Role
This marks an exciting new chapter for Rado as we prepare to open our first Australian Retail Boutique this May in Melbourne.
We have two permanent part time opportunities available to join the new team, 30 hours and 20 hours per week.
- Support Boutique Management and wider team in achieving sales targets
- Ensure highest level of service standards at all times
- Assist in developing and maintaining the client and VIP database
- Perform daily security stock counts
- Be responsible for organisation, refill, and storage of back up stock, visual merchandising material, product packaging, instruction booklets and warranties
- Develop own comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Assist in ensuring the boutique is kept clean and maintained
- Actively participate in training sessions and keeping up to date with E-learning modules
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years retail experience in the luxury sector preferred
- Highly developed and proven customer service and clientelling skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good computer literacy skills
- Strong time management skills
- Collaborative team player with energy and drive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience preferred but not essential
- Be a true brand ambassador with the ability to represent and promote the brand with passion and professionalism
