Job description

Join our Tissot team and help shape the digital growth of one of our top brands. You’ll manage our Spanish e‑commerce site and marketplaces, drive online merchandising, support digital marketing, and ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run daily e‑commerce operations and coordinate with HQ.

• Manage marketplace operations end‑to‑end, including sales performance, reporting, and marketing activations.

• Lead online merchandising, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and optimizing product visibility and conversion.

• Guarantee website quality through continuous testing and content accuracy.

• Coordinate logistics, inventory, payments, fraud prevention, and customer service processes.

• Monitor KPIs, forecast needs, and prepare regular business reports.

• Support digital marketing initiatives: newsletters, paid media coordination, asset adaptation, and campaign analysis.

• Document and improve customer service workflows to ensure a premium experience. • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Profile

Solid knowledge of online marketing best practices: paid search, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce operations.

Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (mandatory).  Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, IT, and Global HQ teams.

Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, hands-on self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

Understanding of back-office operations, including payment processing with PSPs and acquirers.

 

Professional requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience in an e-commerce role; luxury accessories/jewelry experience preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar e-commerce platforms.

 

Languages

Excellent communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating both, English and Spanish.

Other languages will be a plus.
