Great opportunity for a Store Manager to join one of our stores in Valencia

As a Store Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the team to drive revenue, oversee back-office operations, and support sales professionals.

  • Developing strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clienteling, exceptional customer service, events, partnerships, and traffic‑generating initiatives.

  • Ensuring a consistent, high‑quality in‑store experience for every customer.

  • Thinking strategically to align the business with company standards and objectives.

  • Prioritizing, planning, delegating, and adapting to evolving business needs.

  • Optimizing inventory management, cash control, and loss‑prevention procedures.

Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail manager with a strong focus on driving sales, delivering refined customer service, and demonstrating exceptional client‑facing skills.

A communicative, results‑oriented professional with strong attention to detail and a clear passion for customer satisfaction.

Experience in the watch and jewelry industry will be considered a strong plus.



 

Professional requirements

Flexibility is required to adapt to the evolving needs of the Boutique.

Availability to work in rotating shifts.

Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Languages

Conversation level of English.

Knowledge in other language would be a plus.
