To reinforce the Flik Flak team at Swatch Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a:

COMMUNICATION PROJECT LEADER FLIK FLAK 100%

You will manage the entire Flik Flak communication ecosystem, from direct-to-consumer content to social media, community management, our app, and cross market activations. This role is perfect for a creative digital mind who loves turning ideas into engaging, playful brand experiences.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multichannel digital communication
    Plan and publish content across all key platforms: social media, newsletters, website updates, digital press releases, and the Flik Flak App.
    Ensure fun, coherent, and engaging storytelling adapted to each channel and audience.
  • Handle social media & community engagement
    Manage daily social operations and community moderation.
    Coordinate customer care topics with internal teams when necessary.
    Boost engagement through creative ideas, interactive formats, challenges, and educational content.
  • Support influencer, PR & market collaboration
    Define and lead influencer and PR activations with local markets, aligned with the global strategy & prepare or support press materials, PR toolkits, storytelling angles
  • Support retail & instore activations on market level
    Collaborate with markets on instore activities; share best practices and activation ideas.
  • Manage communication projects end-to-end
    Oversee planning, timelines, approvals, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and budget follow up.
    Conduct post project analysis to continuously improve content and processes.
  • Track performance & report insights
    Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs across channels (social media, newsletters, influencer campaigns).
    Compile clear summaries and provide actionable recommendations for internal teams.
  • Monitor trends & drive creative innovation
    Track digital trends, formats, and platform best practices to bring fresh ideas to the brand.

Profile

Profile:

  • Experience in communication, social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Creative thinker with a strong affinity for children’s worlds, imagination, and visual storytelling.
  • Team player, flexible, fast-paced, solution-oriented, and internationally minded.

Professional requirements

  • Comfortable using social media management tools (e.g. Sprout) and analytics dashboards.

Languages

English mandatory (excellent written & verbal skills), Italian or Spanish: strong advantage or any additional language is a plus
