We’re searching for a Project Coordinator who enjoys creating meaningful retail experiences. If managing projects end‑to‑end and delivering beautiful, functional spaces motivates you, this opportunity is a great fit.
What you’ll do
- Lead construction & refurbishment projects for stores and SIS from briefing to handover.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee on‑site works, ensuring quality, timing, and compliance with brand standards.
- Prepare and adapt technical drawings and layouts based on site needs.
- Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost‑efficient solutions.
- Handle required licenses and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support maintenance and updates across the retail network.
Profile
Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Interior Design.
3+ years of experience in retail construction or similar roles
Professional requirements
- Strong technical skills (AutoCAD + design tools).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, problem‑solver, and great at managing multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel.
Languages
Fluent English.
