Product Planner
Job description
Duties / Responsibilities

Stock ordering, stock replenishment for all distribution channels including retail, wholesale, Duty Free and Online Market Place.

Conduct inventory management and close monitor on stock movement to assure sufficient inventory at the optimum level.

Prepare target stock and model stock for each Corporate POS and Online Store.

Responsible for E-Market Place with consist of store maintenance, correspondent with buyer and end consumers to ensure smooth operation until deliver.

Coordinate with suppliers, Brand HQ and sales team on supporting of merchandising display, POSM ordering and brand fixture.

Coordinate with logistics department for import clearing process.

Implement price setup for new produce and price adjustment.

Prepare report on monthly basis including sales report, stock report and any others as assigned by Brand Manager.

Coordinate and support on marketing task and related documents.

Support sales team by aiming to achieve ultimate team's target.
Professional requirements
Qualification
- Minimum 2-4 years retail planning / supply chain experience / sales support
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area
- MS Office Tools (Excel/VLookup/Word/Outlook) proficiency with advanced Excel skills
- Inventory analysis and database management skills
- General knowledge of stock rotation and inventory turns
- General knowledge of procurement processes
- Ability to analyze historical data and forecast information (including vertical demand analysis)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good command of English reading and writing
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational, analytical and follow-up skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
