Job description

Key Responsibilities

Account Management/Sales

  • To achieve sales objectives in wholesales.
  • Solicit, build and maintain good support and business contacts with
    dealers.
  • Monitor Auto Replenishment (AR) to ensure all Points of Sale (POS).
    consistently comply with brand guidelines and stock allocation standards.
  • Track AR performance across POS, identifying gaps and driving corrective
    actions to ensure alignment with brand requirements and product
    availability.

Stocks and Collection

  • Ensure that payments are collected within the timeline given.
  • To do inventory analysis on bi-weekly basis.
  • Keeping stocks inventory healthy at all times.
  • Execute ordering and replenishment activities for Tissot through Arkieva,
    ensuring accurate demand planning and timely stock fulfilment.

Reporting

  • Submit weekly/monthly progressive report of sales performance, retailers’ performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Brand Manager, ensuring
    accurate and timely performance tracking and insights.
  • Consolidate and upload monthly store visit reports into Mystore,
    maintaining consistency and completeness of field activity documentation.

Marketing & Advertising

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute VM updates, GWP setups, visual merchandising refreshes, campaign rollouts, and in-store sales activations to ensure consistent brand presentation and execution excellence.
  • Support the monitoring and tracking of press coverage and PR activities, and report key updates to the Marketing Team and Brand Manager to ensure timely communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate with team members to improve product environment in Point of Sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all Points of Sale (POS) are well maintained and consistently presented in line with Brand image.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to Brand Merchandising guidelines.

Others

  • Planning and implement training programs and initiatives determined by the Brand Manager.
  • Ensure retail staff are certified through Tissot Academy and provide timely updates of the latest brand information and training materials to retailers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care Advisors (CCA) to manage repair and complaint cases, ensuring customer queries are addressed and resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities, projects, or tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager and/or Brand Manager from time to time, in support of broader brand, commercial, and operational objectives.

Profile

Preferred Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, premium consumer goods, watches, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience managing dealer networks, retailer accounts, and B2B sales channels.
  • Hands-on experience in merchandising, stock management, sales reporting, and payment collection.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, supporting product launches, and maintaining strong brand visibility
