Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator with the Longines team, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department through the coordination of marketing operations, vendor management, content support, and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, invoices, payments, vendor setup, and the coordination of marketing assets for traditional media initiatives, including print and out-of-home advertising.

In this role, you will also support the management and distribution of gift-with-purchase (GWP) programs, printed collateral, training materials, and event logistics. Success in this position requires you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced luxury marketing environment. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to support the broader team across a variety of marketing initiatives are essential. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Profile

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Administration

• Manage marketing-related purchase orders (POs), invoices, payment processing, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and ensure all new vendors are properly established within company systems.
• Maintain organized records of budgets, invoices, contracts, and marketing documentation.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team as needed.

Marketing Asset & Content Coordination

• Coordinate and distribute assets for traditional marketing initiatives, including Out-of-home advertising
• Print campaigns
• Retail marketing materials
• Support content management and ensure marketing materials are updated and delivered on schedule.
• Assist with trafficking and organization of marketing assets across teams and vendors.

GWP & Promotional Material Management

• Support the planning, coordination, inventory tracking, and distribution of gift-with-purchase (GWP) programs.
• Coordinate production and delivery timelines for promotional items, training gifts, and branded materials.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution and brand consistency.

Vendor & Production Management

• Liaise with local vendors and production partners for printed materials, signage, promotional items, training tools, and related marketing collateral.
• Assist in managing timelines, approvals, and production logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.

Event Support

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, retailer activations, trade events, and internal meetings as needed.
• Assist with event logistics, materials preparation, shipping coordination, and on-site support.

Team Collaboration

• Serve as a positive, flexible, and dependable team player willing to support various marketing requests and projects.
• Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative within the luxury marketing environment.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing coordination, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with marketing systems and project management tools is a plus.
• Experience working with vendors, invoices, budget tracking, and promotional materials preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Marketing Coordinator to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
