Business Development Manager - Electronic Modules

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically minded Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth across the DACH region. You will drive market expansion for innovative electronic modules focused on Bluetooth® Low Energy and ultra-low-power applications.

Our solutions enable next-generation Asset Tracking, Localization, Identification, and IoT connectivity for industries such as Logistics, Warehousing, Avionics, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Large Enterprise environments.

This role is designed for a high-energy sales professional who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, who enjoys building customer relationships in the field, identifying market opportunities, and turning technical innovation into commercial success.

Job description

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy for the DACH region
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with Business Unit targets
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within target verticals
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Support the on-boarding and mentoring of future sales talents as the organization grows

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify opportunities and close deals as a result of the full sales cycle support
  • Achieve and measure Biz Dev KPIs and ensure alignment with the Business Unit revenue targets
  • Develop strategic account plans and regional growth strategies
  • Identify new customers and market opportunities
  • Conduct customer visits and maintain strong field presence across the region
  • Represent the company at trade fairs
  • Drive C-level interaction between EM and customers / eco-system partners
  • Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality and logistics)

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with BUs Product Management, and Development to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation priorities
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communication teams to support campaigns, and market positioning
  • Interface effectively with Account Managers

Market & Technical Engagement

  • Understand customer application requirements and translate them into solution opportunities
  • Promote Bluetooth® Low Energy and ultra-low-power technologies in customer ecosystems
  • Support customers during evaluation and early project phases

Professional requirements

Experience & Profile

  • Proven experience in electronic components, module, or IoT solution sales (min. 10years)
  • Experience in business development within technical B2B environments
  • Excellent market knowledge and familiarity with industries such as logistics, healthcare, industrial automation, or enterprise IoT
  • Good understanding of wireless technologies, ideally Bluetooth® Low Energy
  • Experience working within the DACH business culture and environment
  • Self-starter and high intrinsic drive to deliver business results
  • Experience in contractual work
