The Retail Coordinator supports the Retail Support Manager in driving retail performance through forecasting, KPI tracking, trend analysis, and business planning. This role is responsible for monitoring store performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting data driven decision making across the retail network. The position requires consistent use of Power BI, Retail Net, and other reporting tools to analyze business results, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the retail business.
In addition, this role may provide support in other retail operational and administrative areas as business needs require.
Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Retail Support Manager in forecasting store goals and performance targets.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across the retail network, including sales, productivity, and other key business metrics.
- Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through regular review of reporting tools and store performance.
- Assist in the development of business plans, action plans, and performance recaps for stores and the broader retail business.
- Use Power BI, Retail Net, and related reporting tools consistently to monitor results and generate insights.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Organize and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations to support retail decision making.
- Partner with the Retail Support Manager on initiatives aimed at improving sales performance and overall business efficiency.
- Support store communication and follow up related to business performance and retail priorities.
- Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure information is communicated in a timely and organized manner.
- Provide support in additional retail operational or administrative areas as needed, including assistance with coding, invoicing, or other cross functional tasks.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Professional requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail reporting, business analysis, planning or performance support.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
- Experience using Power BI, Retail Net, and retail reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work cross functionally and support evolving business needs.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
