Job description
Operation in the store/ Sales product to achieve the target

Responsible in managing the shop under assignment.

Responsible for daily operation of shop from customer service, staff management, stock management, brand presence through all merchandising and sales turnover.

Conduct daily store check and stock check in-store to ensure a proper brand presence and accuracy.

Co-ordinate with team to organize working schedule for sales staff in shop.

Achieve a monthly sales budget.

Ensure that a store is operated under a clean.
-
Prepare all necessary Sales Reports (daily and monthly) and Stock Report (monthly), expense reimbursement, credit card slips submission, etc. to the head office.

Efficiently operate the POS system and make sure that all sales transactions (credit card, cash, deposits) correspond to the sales turnover generated on a daily basis.
Inventory
-
Monitor and review stock level taken into consideration customer needs and trends, and advise Retail Manager of any suggestions necessary to increase sales.

Conduct daily audit of stock management including merchandise receipt, transfers and sales.

Manage customers’ reservations and waiting lists of unavailable products.
Coaching to sales representative
-
Staff motivation and encouragement.
-
Ensure that Customer Service Officer delivers a high standard of service to all customers.

Responsible for leading the team with a good discipline and integrity.

Collaborate with Retail Manager to develop an internal training/ coaching programs on selling skills, product, customer service, marketing, and competitions.

Evaluate sales performance on a daily basis and motivate sales staff as per guidelines given by Retail Manager.

Problem solving skill with well organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Able to communicate and give clear directions from back office to team and able to set expectations for their team.
Communication
-
Provide Retail Manager with reviews and updates on various issues relating to store/staff management matters.

Discuss with Retail Manager on any suggestions relating to business issues in order to facilitate improvement in store operation.
Marketing/ Customer Relationship Management

Handling customer complaints effectively.

Create as much as possible loyalty/regular customers who will eventually turn to be VIPs.

Brain storm and support Retail Manager on any initiatives and implementations on in-store promotions and other CRM programs
-
Make sure that all windows are properly displayed. Necessary change should be made to refresh the merchandise.
Reporting
-
Prepare weekly reports, monthly presentation (internal & external use).
-
Perform monthly sales reports to submit to Brand Manager and HQ.
Professional requirements
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
-
At least 1 years working experience in retail sales operations, and passionate in watches, preferably for a company with fast moving goods/products.

Possess a leadership style, service minded, sales oriented and able to handle multi tasks.
Skills: Must have

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent command of English. Any other language an asset.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and present technical details.
-
Proficient in using POS systems and handling transactions.
-
Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
