LEARNING CONTENT DESIGNER 100%

Job description

  • Design and develop product learning content that simplifies movements, complications, materials, and craftsmanship for diverse retail audiences.
  • Create storytelling‑driven learning modules that bring brand heritage, craftsmanship, and collection narratives to life.
  • Develop customer excellence training programs focused on luxury behaviors, emotional intelligence, and elevated client interactions.
  • Build coaching tools and learning resources to support store managers and trainers in reinforcing learning on the shop floor.
  • Produce blended learning journeys combining digital, virtual, and in‑person formats for global deployment.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance.
  • Leverage learning analytics to measure impact, optimize content, and enhance learner engagement across markets.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years minimum experience in learning design, retail training, or brand education (luxury, fashion or watches preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite & LMS Platform.

Professional requirements

  • Strong skills in instructional design, storytelling, and content creation
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics and craft engaging narratives
  • A passion for craftsmanship, retail excellence, and elevating the client experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Languages

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
