For our boutique in Brussels, Longines is looking for a motivated Sale Associate (H/F/X) to strengthen its team.

Your responsibilities

  • Customer advice: As a Sales Associate (M/F/X), you will welcome and inform customers about our world and our various products and services, offering a complete and memorable experience. You will provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity, whether by mail, telephone or in person in the store. You are a true chameleon, adapting easily to each customer's culture and customs.
  • Sales development: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging your training and product knowledge.
  • You ensure continuous training in new products and their specific features.
  • Maintain an inspiring store environment that encourages purchases, and aim for an optimal customer experience.
  • Customer needs analysis and loyalty: You identify the needs of each customer and draw up a file to better meet their expectations, both in the short and long term.
  • Store enhancement: You contribute to the commercial attractiveness of the boutique in a luxury universe by ensuring the interior and exterior cleanliness of the premises. You ensure impeccable presentation of yourself and your products, in line with brand standards.
  • Administrative follow-up: You are responsible for administrative follow-up, including day-to-day CRM and inventory management, as well as product integration.

  • Commercial and customer-oriented: As a Sales Associate (M/F/X), you are sales-oriented and always place the customer at the center of your priorities, in order to respond effectively to their needs and build a lasting business relationship.
  • Team spirit and versatility: You thrive in a team, take initiative and demonstrate a versatile attitude.
  • Knowledge of the luxury sector: Previous experience as a sales consultant/salesperson, knowledge of watchmaking or another luxury sector are valuable assets.
  • Communication skills: You communicate easily with customers and colleagues. Being present at events appeals to you and will enable you to develop your network of new customers.

 

Languages

  • You are bilingual French-English or Dutch-English. Knowledge of the second national language or any other language is a serious advantage.
