Description du poste
- Develop and implement the global training strategy in alignment with the company’s sales objectives and brand positioning
- Define training frameworks, standards and KPIs to ensure consistency and excellence across all markets
- Create and deliver impactful training programs covering product knowledge, brand storytelling, sales techniques, clienteling and customer experience
- Translate brand values and product strategy into engaging learning experiences for commercial teams worldwide
- Support subsidiaries, distributors and retail partners with tailored training solutions adapted to local market needs while maintaining global standards
- Act as a key interface between Headquarters and local markets to ensure effective knowledge transfer and alignment
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, toolkits and digital learning content
- Manage and continuously update the Rado e-learning platform in line with product launches and strategic priorities
- Conduct international training sessions, workshops and on-the-job coaching in local markets
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs and sales performance indicators
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Retail and Visual Merchandising teams to align training initiatives with business priorities

- Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on measurable results and continuous improvement
Compétences requises
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in international sales training, retail training, learning & development or a related field
- Strong understanding of B2B and retail sales environments, ideally within the luxury, premium or consumer goods industry
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with experience delivering training to international audiences
- Experience in developing training content and digital learning solutions
- Ability to travel internationally (approximately 30 - 40%)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
Langues
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages would be a strong advantage
