INTERNATIONAL CRM MANAGER (M/W)

Job description

  • Define the CRM roadmap and align it with business and brand objectives
  • Develop the global CRM strategy to support acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty
  • Ensure strong data governance and compliance with GDPR
  • Contribute to the development of a seamless and consistent omnichannel customer experience
  • Oversee CRM projects end‑to‑end, ensuring prioritization, delivery, and quality
  • Coordination between business stakeholders, retail teams and technical teams
  • Guarantee platform consistency and proper integration within IT landscape
  • Plan and execute multi‑channel CRM campaigns with luxury tone and storytelling
  • Define segmentation strategies (VIP, HNW, collectors, prospects)
  • Support boutiques in client development and strengthen clienteling culture
  • Monitor CRM KPIs and develop dashboards and reporting
  • Lead and develop a team of business and technical experts

Profile

  • Experience in CRM with at least 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT Engineering, Business Administration, or Data science

Professional requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure)
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing processes
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams
  • Strong leadership skills, structured mindset, and results-oriented approach
  • Awareness of data governance and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience in change management and user adoption
  • Experience in luxury watches or premium lifestyle brands 
  • Strong understanding of high-net-worth client expectations
  • Excellent communication skills

Languages

  • Fluent French & English; any additional language is an asset
