Job Description

As the eCommerce & Digital Media Specialist at Swatch Group U.S., this position is responsible for assisting in the digital efforts of Tissot US, the eCommerce & Digital Media Specialist will support the Ecommerce team in driving growth and brand visibility through strategic digital marketing initiatives. We seek a passionate, strategic, and organized individual who understands customer needs and contributes to high-quality campaigns that drive incremental sales growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the brand’s digital marketing programs, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, YouTube, Email Marketing, SMS, Sweepstakes, CRM initiatives, and retailer marketing platforms. The role will focus on campaign coordination, performance analysis, agency management, budget tracking, and cross functional collaboration to support measurable business results and ecommerce growth.

 

This is a full-time onsite position.

Profile

• Support the eCommerce & Digital Media Manager in the planning and coordination of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and other digital platforms.
• Support day-to-day ecommerce operations by troubleshooting technical issues, auditing website content, and ensuring information accuracy to maintain a strong customer experience.
• Partner with Site Merchandising and Operations teams on day-to-day support for paid media execution, including product list curation, search keyword lists, promo code set up, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, traffic quality, and conversion performance.
• Identify trends, insights and growth through data analysis.
• Collaborate with HQ and internal teams to build cohesive cross-platform campaigns.
• Act as the key point of contact for campaign platform best practices and competitive landscaping.
• Support and analyze email marketing initiatives, including automated journeys and seasonal campaigns, to drive customer engagement and ecommerce performance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of digital platforms, content strategies, and industry trends to support audience growth and engagement objectives.
• Create and maintain Digital Performance calendar as it relates to launches, key placements, etc. for Paid Search, Newsletters, Paid Social campaigns, YouTube, CTV, Programmatic and other channels.
• Coordinate retailer media initiatives and support marketplace marketing efforts with Amazon.
• Manage Promoboxx campaigns and coordinate localized retailer marketing initiatives to support brand visibility and drive traffic to partner stores.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely invoice submission and payment processing.
• All other duties assigned by Senior management.

Professional requirements

• BA degree required
• 3-5 years of Industry related experience
• Digital Marketing related experience with proven success. Corporate Retail or agency experience is also highly desired
• Email Marketing experience
• Well versed in media planning and digital campaign optimization on different channels.
• Knowledge Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or email marketing tools.
• Experience with GA4 & SAP

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily active position that requires the role to be in the office. The eCommerce & Digital Media Specialist must have the ability to operate computer equipment. The role must be able walk, kneel, climb, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move for an extended period of time and carry up to 50 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
