Job description

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales teams that address the specific needs of retail and wholesale staff, with the goal of maximizing sales performance.

Conduct training sessions internationally and at Headquarters on OMEGA’s products, services, and sales techniques for retail and wholesales employees, using various methods such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, workshops, and virtual presentations.

Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support training initiatives, ensuring they are current and engaging.

Demonstrate continuous ownership and accountability for assigned projects.

Coordinate and support local training teams, ensuring ongoing monitoring of their training plans and activities.

Coach local trainers and sales associates on luxury selling techniques, clienteling, and high-end customer experience standards, to help achieve boutique sales targets.

Ensure that sales associates have in-depth knowledge of boutique products and can effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Identify local training needs, gather and consolidate feedback on completed programs, and provide recommendations to drive improvements.
- Support local trainers in assessing boutique sales staff performance, delivering constructive feedback, and collaborating on tailored improvement plans to drive improvements.
Profile
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role

Ability to conduct training sessions, coaching, and interactive activities that engage sales staff and ensure alignment with Headquarters strategies

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate sales staff at various levels of seniority
- Skilled in creating clear, concise, well-organized, and grammatically correct written documents
- Digital proficiency with capability to structure lessons and to create contents for e-learning platforms
