Job description

  • The position is responsible for the design, development, and support of integration solutions within Swatch Group Services – Integration Service Delivery, part of the Group IT Applications Division, for company markets.
  • Contribute to the implementation of integration solutions between Swatch Group companies and markets.
  • Provide operational support of the Integration Landscape-infrastructure, solutions and applications assigned to Swatch Group Services assigned to Integration Service Delivery.

Experience and specialized knowledge

  • Developing, building, and delivering integration solutions to customers using web-Methods product suites (Integration Server, Designer, API Management, Universal Messaging, My web-Methods Server/TN, Business rules, MFT, Unit Testing Framework).
  • Acting as the technical contact for clients on web-Methods solutions for integration architecture, API Management, and middleware best practices using Swatch Group Frameworks.
  • Adapting to client needs swiftly to minimize issues, risks, and integrations of new solutions while adhering to Swatch Group best practices.
  • Managing client expectations and communication services (ServiceNow, Demands, Projects, Change request, Incidents) updates effectively.
  • Providing status to key stakeholders on project progress and call out project risks and mitigation plan.
  • Making all your customers successful whilst achieving given deadline and key metrics.
  • Applying Technical Expertise to ensure world-class delivery and code quality while leveraging your consultative skills such as: Problem solving, clear communication, and service orientation skills.

 

Profile

Required technical and professional expertise (Must have):

  • Technically qualified in the Information technology field (IT degree or Master’s degree)
  • At least 8-12 years of IT experience including at least 2 years of experience in designing and developing integration solutions
  • Knowledge of clustering, load balancing, and high availability for webMethods runtime components.
  • Should have basic WebMethods.io Integration / iPaaS (Hybrid Integration) knowledge.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for projects and run-time monitoring.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges.
  • Strong written, oral communication and collaboration skills and fluent in English.
  • Basic Knowledge of Linux/Unix Administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Supply chain, Omnichannel Retails and E-commerce.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Good analytical skills and solution-oriented
  • Interest in Data & Analytics area is a plus

Professional requirements

  • Strong knowledge of writing webMethods flow, Java services, migration of interfaces including all different file formats for all Inbound and outbound flows.
  • Experience working on delivery projects using multi environments of webMethods and Integrations with SAP and non-SAP ERPs.
  • Build and manage REST and SOAP APIs using API Gateway.
  • Experience with integration of various protocols (SFTPS/HTTPS/SMB/etc.) and data formats (IDOC, FlatFile, XML, JSON, SOAP, XML).
  • Integrate with messaging systems (JMS, Universal Messaging), databases (MSSQL, Maria DB), SAP and JDBC adapters.

Languages

Good in oral/written English language is a must.
