Process Engineer - Microfabrication

Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse, and continuously improve existing production processes in wafer fabrication and photolithography (photoresist coating, photolithography, PVD, wet etching, and more)
- Develop, qualify, and introduce new production processes and process parameters
- Plan, coordinate, conduct, and evaluate experiments in close collaboration with the development and production management teams
- Perform systematic root-cause analyses of process deviations and implement sustainable improvement measures
Profile
- Degree in engineering from a university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent institution in microengineering, materials science, physics, chemical engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Analytical mindset and affinity for working with process data, identifying trends and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, with enthusiasm for hands-on work in a cleanroom environment
- Flexible, committed, and communicative personality, comfortable working across production, development, and experimental activities
- Good command of German, French, or English; proficiency in at least two of these languages is an advantage
