This is a rare opportunity to work with three of Swatch Groups respected prestige brands Breguet, Glashütte Original, and Blancpain.

A New Prestige Destination in Sydney

Anticipated to open in November 2026, Blancpain's first Australian boutique in central Sydney will also house a dedicated Prestige Customer Service Centre supporting Breguet, Blancpain and Glashütte Original.

As a Prestige Customer Service Administrator, you will deliver exceptional after-sales service to retail and wholesale clients, working closely with two Prestige Watchmakers to coordinate warranties, servicing, repairs and spare parts. You will connect clients, Watchmakers, boutiques, retailers and international Brand Headquarters, ensuring every interaction is managed with professionalism, accuracy and care.

You will be responsible for the following

  • Delivering exceptional and personalised customer service to B2C and B2B clients via phone, email and internal systems
  • Managing enquiries relating to servicing, repairs, warranties, quotations, spare parts and product information
  • Coordinating repair administration and preparing estimates
  • Monitoring repair progress and proactively communicating updates and timeframes
  • Assisting with basic diagnostics and product exchanges
  • Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Liaising with international Brand Headquarters regarding repairs, spare parts and service requests
  • Managing spare parts inventory and transactions using SAP
  • Maintaining accurate customer, repair and inventory records

Building strong relationships with Brand General Managers, Watchmakers, boutiques, retailers and internal teams

About you

You are a highly organised, detail-oriented and service-driven professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and managing multiple priorities with accuracy and care.

Watch industry experience is advantageous, but a genuine passion for watches, luxury and craftsmanship, together with a willingness to learn, will be highly regarded.

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or a client-focused B2C/B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • SAP experience is advantageous
  • Strong numerical, administrative and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • A genuine interest in luxury watches and fine craftsmanship
