Job description
Creative Development & Cultural Relevance
- Support the development and management of collaboration concepts with brands, artists and creative partners, contributing to strong and relevant creative outcomes.
- Bring a strong visual understanding to campaign development, with the ability to assess creative concepts, art direction, photography, film, graphic design and overall visual execution.
- Stay closely connected to developments across fashion, design, art, music, entertainment, digital culture and social media to help identify relevant cultural shifts and emerging trends.
- Translate cultural insights, visual trends and consumer behavior into relevant creative ideas and opportunities for the brand.
- Identify emerging marketing formats, creative approaches and communication trends that can enhance consumer engagement and keep the brand culturally relevant.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of integrated marketing campaign development and execution.
- Strong visual literacy and creative judgment, with a refined understanding of aesthetics, composition, art direction, photography, film, typography and graphic design.
- Strong awareness of contemporary culture and trends across fashion, art, design, music, entertainment, digital platforms and social media.
- Ability to identify relevant cultural and creative trends and translate them into actionable campaign ideas.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a strong interest in consumer behavior, culture and emerging creative movements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Profile
- Approximately 3–4 years of experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, marketing team or client-side content team, with experience supporting and delivering integrated advertising or communication campaigns from development through execution.
- Strong creative thinking and visual sensitivity, with the ability to recognize high-quality creative work and provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in contemporary culture, visual trends, design, fashion, art, entertainment and digital communication.
- Ability to research, identify and interpret emerging cultural and consumer trends and understand their relevance for the brand.
Professional requirements
- Solid project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with different departments, agency partners and stakeholders.
- Good presentation skills and confidence in presenting creative ideas and campaign concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information through presentations, reports, overviews and status updates.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
- A collaborative team-player mindset that contributes to a positive, open and creative working environment.
Languages
Strong and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential. Knowledge of French and/or German is considered an advantage.
